Pick up your postcard.
Important: You might notice delays in receiving your postcard as a result of COVID-19.
Using a computer
- Go to Google My Business and log in.
- Select the company you want to confirm.
- Now click Verify.
- Make sure your address appears appropriately on the postcard request screen. You may also include an optional contact name to aid in the delivery of your postcard.
- To send a postcard, click.
- Your postcard may be found in the mail. Postcards often arrive in 14 days or less.
On your smartphone
- Launch the Google My Business application.
- Select Send postcard.
- Select the company you want to confirm.
- I don’t have a code, tap that.
- Your postcard may be found in the mail. Postcards often arrive in 14 days or less.
Submit your verification code.
Using a computer
- Enter Google My Business after receiving your postcard.
- Open the place you want to manage if you have numerous locations.
- Select Verify now or Verify location from the options.
- Enter the 5-digit verification code from your postcard in the “Code” area.
- Hit “Submit.”
On your smartphone
- Start the Google My Business app once you have received your postcard.
- Select the company you want to confirm.
- To confirm, press Enter code.
Select I don’t have a code if you didn’t receive your postcard.
